[ Abilities ]
Weapon Repair - Ophelia is about to repair the tool forms of any weapon she might come across, using
the wavelength gloves. This does have some drawbacks, however. The stronger the weapon, the harder it is to calm their soul
wavelength enough to ensure that she can hold onto them properly. When working on a Death Scythe, for example, their wavelength
is so powerful that it often carries through the gloves, and leaves her hands with unpleasant scorch marks and burns.
Wavelength Gloves - Gloves that she had designed by trial and error in order to contribute to her
family, and help refresh a person's Weapon form, healing that side of them, rather than the human portion.
Blow Torch - While this is not an actually weapon for her to use, Ophelia often threatens to use
the device on her brothers, or someone else, if they piss her off enough.

Ophelia was the youngest sibling of three in the Wilhelm household. Both of her parents were very
skilled Weapons, and this trait seemed to go down the line into Samson, her oldest brother, and then into Turpin, the middle
child. However, when their daughter came to be, it would soon be discovered that she did not have a shred of Weapon ability
in her body. This would surely leave her out from the start, however the Wilhelm family was very close and loving, and Ophelia
didn't pay her lack of a Weapon form any mind. Her parents were powerful allies to Shibusen and Shinigami, and would often
be away from home for long periods of time to go on missions, leaving Samson in charge of the other two. Samson was a great
big big brother, and looked after Ophelia and Turpin well, but there was a time when their parents didn't come home. A Staff
member of Shibusen told the two boys who had already joined affiliation with Shinigami in school, and they had to break the
news to their small sister. Their parents had disappeared while on a mission.
She took this very hard, and cried openly about it, desperately wanting them to come back home.
Samson was left to console her and Turpin, who didn't seem to take it very well either, but mainly kept his grief to himself.
With Samson left to fend as the Family supporter, he soon found it necessary to leave Shibusen all together and find a new
set of skills in the military as a Navy SEAL. He would travel the world, all the while doing his best to seek out their lost
mother and father. Turpin was then left in charge of the situation with himself and Ophelia. Samson kept in touch with his
siblings through letters, but was rarely able to come back home. Turpin was quite engulfed with Shibusen, having snagged himself
a strong Meister in the form of a lady Vampire, Leila Vladimir, and had many friends in the school. Ophelia had no Weapon
form, and handling a weapon seemed to be out of the question as well. Every time she had tried, it would fail in nothing more
than burnt hands.
Ophelia had nothing to offer to their family. She was not a fighter by any means, and was always
told to stay home, or to look after things in their Death City home. What was there that she could possibly do to help out
her family, or anyone for that matter? Not long after Turpin left home, Ophelia began to develop a special set of gloves.
These gloves would cancel out any form of a wavelength, or rather, quiet it down enough to where she could handle a person
in their Weapon form. They were a sort of wavelength filter, and would give her enough initiative to better contribute, not
only to her family, but to all Weapons alike. When Ophelia was growing up, she often saw the damage left on her parents and
brothers' weapon forms after they had had a rough battle. This damage would slowly begin to dwell into their human bodies,
and leave marks, scars, and a loss of energy and morale. The Weapon part of a person needed to be cared for just as much as
their human side, and Ophelia saw this as important, converting part of their home into a shop front, a place where Weapons
could come and refresh that part of themselves, making them feel better and work more smoothly in the process. Death City
Weapon Repair.
The current situation for the Wilhelm group is that their parents are still missing, Turpin left
his partner and sought a way to make himself stronger without her. Samson, now a full Death Scythe, has returned home, and
now stays with Ophelia a great deal of the time, helping out in her shop and keeping any trace of a male with interest in
his baby sister away. Despite this, Ophelia hopes to have a family of her own someday soon, and be at least half as good as
her parents were to her and her brothers, and how Samson and Turpin were good at watching over her. The personal Death Scythe
to Shinigami-sama himself frequents her shop to flirt and get repairs. Ophelia developed a crush on him, though because of
his well known past for not being loyal and having various women, she would not have anything to do with him. Samson would,
no doubt, kick Spirit's ass if he even knew that she liked a man like him. The Scythe was quite persistant with her, and even
claimed to be a one-woman-man for her, though it still took a great deal of time for her to give in to his charms and loyalties.
The fact that she has some realtionship with Spirit is will mainly a secret for those who know them. Samson would be furious,
although Turpin would root for them, having been one of Spirit's high school friends. On Spirit's side, Maka would not be
pleased with someone like this either, so.. it had not leaked out officially that they are an item.

[ Personality and Soul Type ]
Ophelia is a very easy going person. She remains cheerful and sweet, though is not opposed to telling
someone off if they have wronged her or someone else that she knows. She is friendly and honest, being very open with many
of the Weapon customers that she has had in the past. The Wilhelm female does, however, have a few insecurities about being
good enough concerning many things, especially since she was the only non-weapon member of her family. Ophelia is confident
enough, at least, in order to know that she can do an excellent job at her repairs. The eldest brother embarrasses her, as
does her other brother, making her have a habit of telling people things that are wrong with them, even if it might be hurtful,
though she does not intend for it to be that way. Her soul type is one of compassion and an eagerness to help others.
